Draft free
Free accounts can create up to three drafts and use the guided sections and on-screen document preview. No payment card is required to start. The preview is marked as a draft.
Free drafting is useful for checking the fit of the software before a purchase. A draft limit is separate from export access.
Single PPM: $29 one time
Unlock one offering’s export package with a single $29 purchase. The purchase applies to that offering, not every offering in the account. There is no recurring subscription for this option.
Revisions to the purchased offering remain part of that offering. A duplicated or newly created offering is a separate document and needs its own unlock or an active Pro subscription.
Pro: $49 per month
Pro allows unlimited drafts and exports while the subscription is active. It is billed monthly and can be canceled through Manage subscription. Counsel, filing fees, investor management, and legal advice are separate.
The help center is included. Applicable files depend on the workflow: real-estate Excel models and Regulation D pre-fills are not available for every asset class or framework. The amount and tax, if any, are shown in checkout before you confirm payment.
Choose based on the number of separate offerings
A single purchase attaches to one offering, including its later revisions. It does not unlock another draft or a duplicate. Free accounts can still create and preview up to three drafts. Pro removes the draft limit and enables exports while its subscription is active.
For two different offerings, two $29 purchases total $58. One $49 monthly Pro payment is $9 less for that month. If the work spans several months, compare the total subscription payments with the number of one-time purchases you actually need. Two months of Pro cost $98. A single purchase can be simpler for one continuing raise.
Both paid options use the same drafting workflow. Applicable supporting files depend on the investment and regulatory framework. Budget separately for counsel, tax advice, filings, and other professional services. PPMWizard does not bundle those services into the advertised software price.
