Account and billing

Manage or cancel Pro

Use the billing portal to manage recurring charges.

Product documentation · Version 2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026

Open the billing portal

Sign in, open Billing, and choose Manage subscription. The portal shows your actual billing schedule, payment method, invoices, and cancellation choices. Existing annual customers may see their original annual schedule even though new customers are offered monthly Pro.

Check the effective date

Read the cancellation confirmation in the portal. The subscription status and access are synchronized from the payment service. Canceling a subscription does not mean a previously purchased single document is refunded.

Prepare your files

Export any documents you need while subscription access is active. Existing drafts are subject to the account, retention, and deletion policies. See the Terms and Privacy Policy for the current rules. Contact support if the portal does not open rather than creating a second subscription.

Keep the cancellation and document access separate

Open the portal from the same account that has the subscription. Review the effective date displayed there before confirming a cancellation. Retain the confirmation and any documents you need for your records. Cancelling a subscription does not rewrite a draft or turn a working document into a final document.

An offering that also has its own Single PPM purchase remains entitled through that offering’s separate unlock. Other offerings depend on the account’s active subscription. Contact support about an unexpected invoice with its reference number and date, without sending full payment details.
