This Policy explains renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility for purchases from APPWZRD LLC, doing business as PPMWizard. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Free plan
The free plan lets you evaluate the guided workflow and preview a draft before purchasing. No payment method is required for the free plan.
Single PPM purchase
A Single PPM purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks export features for the specific document identified at checkout. It does not include attorney review, filing, investor solicitation, or professional services. Access remains associated with the purchasing account, subject to the Terms of Service.
Pro subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro Monthly renews each month and Pro Annual renews each year unless canceled before the next renewal date. The price and billing period are shown before checkout. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
How cancellation works
You can cancel a Pro subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal available from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain paid access through that date. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or drafts. If the portal is unavailable, contact support@ppmwizard.com before your renewal date.
Refunds
Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, a change of mind, an offering that does not proceed, or a customer’s failure to obtain counsel approval. This approach is why the drafting and preview workflow is available before purchase.
Contact support promptly if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged after a timely cancellation, or a material technical defect prevents the purchased export from being delivered. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the charge, restore access, or issue a full or partial refund. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Price changes and promotions
Price changes apply prospectively. We will provide notice before a new subscription price applies to a future renewal when required. Promotion terms shown with an offer control that promotion and do not alter renewal or cancellation terms unless expressly stated.
Requesting help
Email support@ppmwizard.com from your account email and include the purchase date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers.
