Sales

Multi-user, enterprise, or custom quote

For multi-user plans, broker-dealer or syndication-shop quotes, SSO, or anything else that cannot be provisioned through the self-serve checkout. Mention your firm, team size, and rough raise cadence and we can build a quote.

Support

Bug reports, billing, wizard questions

If the wizard does something unexpected, your export is not rendering, or your Stripe invoice has a question on it, this is the inbox. Include your account email, a description of what you did, and what you expected to happen.

Security

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue — a data exposure, authentication bypass, or vulnerability in the wizard or export pipeline — email us first before publishing. We will acknowledge within one business day and work with you on a fix.

Response times

Roughly one business day

Sales inquiries typically get a reply within one business day. Support tickets are handled in order of receipt — usually next business day, sometimes same day. Pro subscribers get priority-queue support. We operate on Arizona time (MST, UTC-7 year-round — Arizona does not observe daylight saving).

We are not your lawyer

PPMWizard is a drafting tool — not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, act as a broker-dealer, or file securities filings on your behalf. Email we receive does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing we write back in response to a support or sales question should be read as legal counsel.

For legal counsel on your offering — exemption selection, disclosure review, Form D filing, state blue-sky notices, suitability analysis, and anything else that touches the federal or state securities laws — engage a qualified securities attorney licensed in your jurisdiction. If you do not know one, any state bar association’s referral service can direct you to a securities practitioner near you.
