Section II · Separate Product and Legal Costs

How much does a PPM cost?

PPMWizard costs $249 once to unlock one PPM export package, $199/month for Pro Monthly, or $1,990/year for Pro Annual. Attorney review is required and is not included. Ask your chosen securities counsel for a written scope, fee, and timeline for your specific offering.

Section III · What Is and Is Not Included

Honest inclusions and honest exclusions.

No gotchas. Here is exactly what a Pro subscription buys, and what it deliberately does not.

Included

  • Unlimited PPM drafts across supported asset and offering workflows
  • Editable Word export for attorney comments, redlines, and Track Changes
  • Clean PDF export with no watermark, tuned for print and review
  • Real-estate Excel underwriting model with waterfall and scenario outputs
  • Form D pre-fill PDF for applicable Regulation D offerings
  • Investor questionnaire export for qualification-review workflows
  • 21 sample offerings across asset classes as starting points
  • Distribution waterfall calculator (preferred return, catch-up, promote)
  • 54-factor catalog with an asset-specific starting set and custom risks
  • Sponsor branding, engraved asset-class cover plates, and editorial layout
  • Email support

Not included — and why

  • Legal advice or attorney review

PPMWizard is a drafting tool, not a law firm. Every PPM still requires review by a qualified securities attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before issuance.

  • Form D filing on your behalf

We pre-fill the form so your counsel has a clean starting point. Your attorney (or your firm directly) files with the SEC through EDGAR.

  • Investor portal, CRM, or subscription workflow

We draft the document. Pair PPMWizard with a dedicated investor-management platform for LP onboarding, distributions, and K-1 delivery.

  • Broker-dealer or placement-agent services

We are not a broker-dealer and do not solicit investors on your behalf. How you market the offering is on you and your counsel.

Section IV · Pricing FAQ

Answers on billing, plans, and what the subscription covers

The questions sponsors ask before they put a card on file.

  • Q.01I'm only raising once — do I have to subscribe?
No. If you only need one PPM, pay a flat $249 once to unlock that draft's export package — no subscription or recurring bill. Paid exports include editable Word and clean PDF drafts, an investor questionnaire, and an applicable Form D pre-fill; real-estate workflows also include an Excel underwriting model. If you later raise again, you can subscribe to Pro for unlimited PPMs.
  • Q.02What can I do on the free plan?
Create up to 3 drafts, walk through every wizard step, browse all samples, and preview your rendered PPM on-screen. The preview includes a diagonal "DRAFT — Do Not Distribute" watermark. Paid access unlocks editable Word and clean PDF drafts, an investor questionnaire, and an applicable Form D pre-fill; real-estate workflows also include an Excel underwriting model.
  • Q.03How does monthly billing work?
Pro Monthly is $199, billed on the same day each month via Stripe. You only pay when you are ready to export — there is no trial gate, you just subscribe when you want editable Word, a clean PDF, and the supporting files. There is no setup fee, no per-PPM charge, and no separate fee per asset class. Cancel from the billing portal any time; your plan runs through the end of the current period.
  • Q.04How does annual billing save $398?
Pro Annual is $1,990 per year, which is the equivalent of roughly $166 per month — about a $33/month discount versus paying monthly for a full year, or $398 across the year. Annual is a single up-front charge on the day you subscribe. Ten monthly payments equal the annual price; annual costs less if you would otherwise pay monthly for eleven or twelve months.
  • Q.05Can I cancel any time?
Yes. From the Stripe Customer Portal you can cancel your subscription. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle; annual plans run through the paid term. Your drafts remain available while your account is active, subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Q.06Do you offer refunds?
Fees already paid are not refundable in the general case — the free tier exists specifically so you can validate the product before subscribing. That said, if you hit a situation where the wizard is meaningfully broken for your deal, email support@ppmwizard.com and we will work with you.
  • Q.07Do you offer multi-user or team pricing?
Not yet as a self-serve tier. Today every Pro account is single-seat. Email support@ppmwizard.com to ask about current team-account availability; do not assume SSO, shared workspaces, or other enterprise features are included unless they appear in a written order.
  • Q.08Does attorney review cost extra?
Yes. PPMWizard does not bill for or provide attorney review. Your PPM still needs to be reviewed by a qualified securities attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before you issue it. Counsel quotes and bills that work separately based on the offering and review scope.
  • Q.09What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. The payment methods currently displayed in Stripe Checkout are the methods available for your purchase; availability can vary by customer and Stripe configuration.
