Troubleshooting

Fix a draft that is not saving

Check the save state before re-entering information.

Product documentation · Version 2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026

Check the indicator

Wait until the save indicator confirms completion. If it shows an error, keep the page open and preserve your text locally before refreshing. Check your connection and whether the session has expired.

Return to a known state

Sign in again if needed, reopen the same offering from the dashboard, and compare saved fields with your preserved text. Browser Back, multiple open tabs, and editing the same draft in different sessions can make it harder to identify the latest version.

Describe the issue safely

Tell support the section name, approximate time, browser, and error message. Avoid including confidential deal values or credentials. A screenshot should be cropped to omit sensitive information. Do not send the complete PPM unless a secure process has been agreed.

Recover the text before troubleshooting the session

If the indicator reports an error, keep the current tab open and copy your unsaved text to a secure local note. Select Retry save once the connection is available. If the session expired, sign in through a separate tab and return to the working tab before attempting the save again.

After a successful save, reopen the affected section and compare the important fields. Avoid simultaneously editing the same offering in multiple tabs, because a later save can conflict with another version. Tell support which section and action failed, along with the time and visible error. Omit confidential text from the initial message.
