Review and exports

Preview, save, and edit your document

How the live document and structured inputs fit together.

Product documentation · Version 2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026

Work from the source fields

The preview reflects the structured inputs. Change a shared term in its form rather than editing every visible occurrence by hand. Wait for the save indicator to finish before closing the page. On a small screen, use the preview controls or open Review to see the full draft.

Understand working drafts

A preview may contain incomplete sections, missing-value markers, and draft notices. These are useful signals about information still needed. The preview is a document view, not an attorney approval or a compliance check.

Use Word for external redlines

The exported Word file is editable. Counsel can comment, redline, and use Track Changes. Edits made outside PPMWizard do not automatically sync back into the structured app fields. Decide which file is the current review version and label it clearly.

Use the form when a paragraph needs more room

The live document reflects your form changes after a short pause. Selected prose fields can also be edited in the preview. Press Enter to commit a single-line edit or Escape to cancel it. For a longer cover description, use the form or the full Offering overview section rather than editing a shortened cover excerpt.

The preview is useful for checking narrative flow and tables, but it is not proof that a durable save succeeded. Watch the save indicator and re-open the section after saving to verify important changes. On small screens, use the step form and open the full preview when you want to read a larger document view.

This article explains the product. Qualified securities counsel should review your structure, legal decisions, disclosures, and final documents before use.
