Account and billing

Create an account and sign in

Passwords, confirmation emails, and returning to your workspace.

Product documentation · Version 2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026

Account creation

Use an email address you control and a password of at least eight characters. Names are collected where they belong in the offering rather than delaying signup. Read and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, including the requirement for securities counsel review.

Confirmation and recovery

If confirmation is enabled, open the confirmation link in the email sent to you. Check spam and make sure the address is spelled correctly. The screen will tell you when confirmation is required. For a forgotten password, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and follow the reset email.

A different workspace appears

Check which email you used to sign in. Offerings belong to the account that created them. Logging into a second account does not move the first account’s drafts. Do not send passwords, reset links, or authentication tokens to support.

When the sign-in screen keeps returning

Use the same email address that owns the draft or purchase. Signing in with another address creates a different account context; it will not show the first account’s offerings. A successful payment receipt does not sign you into the account automatically.

If a reset link has expired or was already used, request a new one from Forgot password and open the most recent email. Allow the browser to store the necessary session cookies. If the problem continues, tell support the browser, the time of the attempt, and the exact message. Never send the reset link or password.

This article explains the product. Qualified securities counsel should review your structure, legal decisions, disclosures, and final documents before use.
