Check export access
Confirm you are signed into the account that purchased the offering or has active Pro. Use the offering’s Review page. A watermark in a free preview does not mean a payment failed; check the actual export access state.
Use the printable view
If the server PDF is temporarily unavailable, open the printable document and choose Print or Save as PDF. Choose Letter size, review margins, and disable browser header/footer additions. Keep the product’s draft and confidentiality labels intact.
Inspect the saved file
Check page breaks, long tables, missing text, blank pages, and font rendering. If a browser clips content, try the current Chrome or Edge version and compare the print preview. Word is the better format for making counsel’s content changes.
Separate access problems from rendering problems
A locked download is an entitlement issue. First check the account, offering, and purchase or subscription status. A rendering error happens after the app tries to make the file. If the message asks you to wait because of repeated exports, pause before trying again.
For a rendering failure, open the full preview and confirm the document loads. Use its browser Print / Save PDF option if available for your access level. In the print dialog choose Letter, inspect the preview, and turn off the browser’s own headers and footers if they add unwanted URLs or dates. If rendering still fails, send support the format, time, and error message.
