Getting started

Reuse an offering for the next deal

Duplicate a useful structure, then review every copied fact.

Product documentation · Version 2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026

What duplication copies

The dashboard duplicate action copies the offering’s structured content and relevant classification and economic fields into a new draft. The duplicate has its own identity and starts as a draft. It does not inherit a one-document purchase.

Review the copied facts

Replace the name, issuer, location, raise, dates, economics, strategy, projections, legal facts, risks, notices, and subscription details. Sponsor data may be reusable, but fees, conflicts, and track-record statements still need a fresh review.

Draft limits and exports

Creating a duplicate counts as another draft and is subject to account limits. Pro supports unlimited drafts while active. Purchasing one PPM unlocks that offering rather than every copy.

Treat the copy as a new review task

A duplicate is a separate offering with copied facts and terms. Review every chapter, including classification, sponsor and team, performance, proceeds, fees, risk disclosures, financial assumptions, and exhibits. Remove deal-specific details that do not apply to the new investment.

A one-time export unlock belongs to the original offering and is not transferred to a duplicate. An active Pro subscription can provide export access for the new draft. Keep useful reusable descriptions, but verify all dates, amounts, counterparties, and legal conclusions before sharing the copy.

This article explains the product. Qualified securities counsel should review your structure, legal decisions, disclosures, and final documents before use.
