Identify the actual intake process
Explain how investors obtain documents, submit information, sign agreements, send funds, and receive acceptance or rejection. Identify the party responsible for each step and the closing conditions that apply.
Qualification and acceptance
Investor questionnaires collect information; they do not verify all legal eligibility requirements. Counsel and the responsible issuer parties decide what verification, suitability review, sanctions checks, and recordkeeping are required. Subscription instructions should match the selected framework.
What PPMWizard provides
The product drafts the description and supporting documents. It is not an investor portal, payment processor for investment funds, broker-dealer, or filing service. Do not direct investors to send investment money to PPMWizard.
